Billing:

Rides are pre-paid by customer's credit card or billed to an established corporate account. Red Rose Limos accepts the following cards: American Express, Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club. The following additional charges will be added when applicable: Two-way tolls, Parking, Massport Fee, and 20% service fee/gratuity. All rates are subject to change without notice. Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour. A $30 fee will be added on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Hourly minimum rentals do apply. Please ask what the minimum hourly rental is if you book a vehicle hourly. If you cannot locate your sedan, call 1-617-639-5544 to avoid a no show fee.

Wait Time:

A thirty (30) minute grace period is allowed following the reported domestic flight arrival time. A forty-five (45) minute grace period is allowed following the reported international flight arrival time. A five (5) minute grace period is granted for all other pick-ups. Waiting time for a sedan will be charged at $6 for every 5 minute interval, for the entire wait, once the grace period has elapsed. Waiting time for larger vehicles are more depending on the size. Rose Limos monitors all commercial flights and billing begins at the adjusted time of arrival.

Stops:

Stops en route are charged at $6 per 5 minute interval, with a $15 minimum stop fee. Larger vehicles stop fees are more. Stops off route will incur additional charges. Please ask ahead of time for a quote.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of hourly jobs (Prom, wedding, night out, or as directed job) will be billed at $200.00 ($300 for the SUV limos) if cancelled anytime, except if cancelled within 24 hours of the job time, then full fare and gratuity are due. All deposits are non refundable. Smaller jobs such as airport transfers or similar events in a sedan will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the fare, service fee, tolls, and applicable wait time if cancelled or changed within two hours of the job time.

General:

Red Rose Limos shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to weather, road conditions, and breakdowns.
Red Rose Limos assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle. You will be billed to return any item left in the vehicles. Red Rose Limos Inc does not provide or hold child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in our vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws. Most clients check the seats with their luggage.
Larger vehicles may occasionally be substituted in place of the vehicle ordered at our discretion for operational reasons.
